Clients Cancelation Policy:

- If you want to cancel, 50% (or as per agreement with the artist) of the paid amount is nonrefundable or as per agreement with the artist.
- if you want to change the date or time, you will have to pay an extra 40% (or as per agreement with the artist) before confirming the new date and time.
- In case of artist cancelation, the full amount will be refunded unless you choose a new artist.

Artists Compensation and Cancelation Policy:

- Artist will be paid 20% of the total fee when the client cancels or changes the date.

- Artists will not receive payment when they cancel. Not performing the order as promised will affect the artist rating and their use of funank.

- The amount will be transferred to the artist's bank account registered on the platform after the artist finishes executing the request and obtains the service implementation code from the customer.

- Please, notify us earlier in case you cannot fulfil your order

Important Instructions

1- Transferring and accepting money without using Funank payment is prohibited. You will be risking being subjected to fraud.

2- For Funank to guarantee your rights, do not communicate with any person outside the website.

3- Do not conduct business using direct messages, use orders and bids pages to agree on gigs.

4- asking to continue communicating and a payment outside of funank platform will get your account banned immediately.
