Things to know
Customers Cancellation Policy
- If the customer cancels the order, the amount is non-refundable unless the artist agrees to refund the amount or part of it, and a 10% commission will be deducted from your artist's fee.
- The appointment can only be changed with the artist's approval.
- If the artist cancels the order, an alternative artist will be provided to the customer based on availability.
- If the customer refuses to replace the artist, the full amount will be refunded to the customer.
