- لا يمكن تغيير الموعد إلا بموافقة الفنان.
- إذا قام الفنان بإلغاء الطلب، يتم توفير فنان بديل للعميل حسب المتاح.
- إذا رفض العميل استبدال الفنان، يتم استرجاع المبلغ بالكامل للعميل.
